Here at Diets & Deadlines you may choose between quite a few things in reference to your character's group. They can either be born to fame, a socialite, an actor, a model, or just a citizen. When it comes down to it the difference isn't all that big, but none the less -- there is one.
this will make a difference so you should read it and choose wisely.

[/size]hese are the people who were born at the top of the food chain. The parents of these kids made the money, now it just needs to be spent - and who better than their own blood? Their parents range from actors and actresses, to the inventors of the latest, most popular technology. When you think 'born into fame' think something along the lines of Paris Hilton, Lauren Conrad, or Brody Jenner. Some of them wish to spread their wings, and attempt to make their own career, while others embrace the wealth they've been born with. The majority of these kids have arrived at Brisbane to break free from their parents grasp, or have arrived with their parents who left for a vacation. [/blockquote][/blockquote] ----------A
[/size] socialite is someone who is clued into the society of fashion, and media. They are more often women, than men. Socialites are invited to the most popular parties, fashion shows, and movie premieres. Some use their social skills to promote and raise funs for charities. They are in possession of wealth which they have usually gained by inheritance. Their attendence at parties is written about in the newspaper. Think 'Serena Van der Woodsen' from Gossip Girl. [/size]e obviously all know what an actor is. We see them on the television everyday - performing on screen in movies, or television shows - we also see them in broadway plays like Wicked, and Jersey Boys. They are performers, and get paid for faking. The acting business comes with a lot of money, and for good reason. The hours are long, and inconsistant, and the result varies on the performance given. This is a tough business to get into; the critics are heartless, and the result isn't often one of pride. The people who have made it should consider themselves to be lucky. One you're in there are tons of positives. You've invited to parties, premieres.. and have just as much, if not more, privilages than socialites do.[/blockquote][/blockquote] ----------L
[/size]ike acting, modeling is not an easy business. There are long hours, and difficult criticisms within the business. You are judged purely on looks (although the respect you give to your employer does count for something). These people are gorgeous and exotic looking, and stand taller than 5'7". For the average model their perks stretch as far as the after parties held after the fashion shows, but for the ones that hit it big (ex: gisele, stam) their privilages are compared to the ones an actor gets.[/blockquote][/blockquote] ----------O
[/size]ne may call these the "nobodies" of Brisbane. But to be completely honest, the citizenz of Brisbane are probably the least pathetic, and most respectable people in all of Australia, for the most part. These are the people that work for what they have, they didn't have it all handed to them. Nor did they get by because they had a pretty face and a killer body. Not to say they aren't still gorgeous, because majority of them are. [/blockquote][/blockquote]
